I was once doing a yoga class and the teacher said “you’ve been waiting your whole lives for this moment” and it struck a chord with me.

Imagine if ~everything that happens to me is “right on time” as it were. There’s no need to question results necessarily – especially if I know I’ve done the best that I can.

Then it’s easier to see things as “perfect” – as in completely made through to the finish point – excellent or not. “Beauty” and “excellence” are in the eyes of the beholder anyway -which if you’re like me means is constantly being upgraded!

It’s much easier to forgive oneself – which is all I can do if an experience falls short of expectations.

If things go awry, I can’t know necessarily what’s going on in another person or why random life smacks me. But I learn something every time. Mostly I accept the universe is keeping me on my toes.

I can (and will) judge another’s actions – but that’s necessary for me to gain and sustain healthy boundaries.

Considering that we are technically probabilistic electron clouds of 4% proton/neutron matter, we’re energetic beings through and through – and mostly all cloud (and water).

We’re also astrologic entities- witness-able waveforms who push Saturn’s matter around including photons, guided by our Mars wants and directions. We are the summation of natal, progressed and transiting charts- within our milieu of others -each with their own timelines and charts!

That’s another reason why when sh*t happens, my job is to (learn to) deal with it as best as possible. Write it down maybe and reconsider what I might have done differently- though honestly, I’m doing that a lot less these days- including second guessing. And as a result often feel freer than at any time when I was “young”.

We’re also exquisitely sensitive to our programmed dialogues -vibrations heard both in our heads from family and outside around us.

When living harmoniously, as in at-one-ment (in one mind with our ongoing 3D collective) we don’t control anyone else or thing but we guide and inspire (ideally). Coming from a place without guile, our responses are “en pointe” – accurate.

These days I often have an original song playing in my head which is a far cry from my younger days of hearing my mother’s (and grandmother’s) voice of constant criticism and recriminations. It’s rare for me to replay stupid scenarios. Rare, not zero.

Now I sing in tongues when my surroundings get me down. Very quietly- and barely noticeable.

We get “better results” the more true we are to the path we’re honing- and cheerful while we’re on it.Flexibility and resilience help me to get back after I’ve ‘fallen off’ or suddenly changed directions.

That and laughter is still the best medicine. Hu(e)-mans are ~wicked funny sometimes. And of course, all is Inshallah!
