Souk Community Healing Center -a discourse on how a hu(e)-man waveform loses its integrity and how it might be restored. These ideas aren’t definitive – they’re a starting point of trying to expand the concepts of “illness” and “treatments”. (Rev. 6/28/26)
While to some extent this model is ‘channeled’, I incorporate 30 years of “doctoring” – intimately interviewing thousands of patients and providing them with action plans coupled with my view of astrology.
With this essay, I offer yet another alternative from TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), acupuncture, herbalism and naturopathy- all of which have relevance.
I use neologisms in order to cast light on a common words deeper meanings. For example, L’Ove is anything that essentially supports our dharma and path of expression of Orphic egg of self – our inner Kabbalah.
While l’Ove is “essential”, any given form of l’Ove, isn’t necessarily permanent. The same essence can come in many ways.
Most dis-ease and dis-comfort is ~preventable and already relieved in the souk school and kingdom’s practices.
This is a result of youth being brought up in a Souk kingdom world. As a result, they have: 1) practical and tangible tools for success in day-to-day life with their primary and secondary education.
2) sweeter language with the understanding of its potency.
3) news abound of what the community wants more of – such as local, national and international souk collective opportunities and offerings. People advertise souk collective shop sales. Bulletin boards in all major venues.
4) Food is treated as sacred and holy. (Remember you are what you eat!) Every morsel is a gift. An sense of abundance and thanksgiving is genuine and palpable.
5) There’s a general understanding that all of Gaia is sacred and holy- and manifestation of His will. Opportunities are ample.
6) Adults in all stages of life are supported by the adult community collective so there’s much less isolation and loneliness. You belong to the club already by your interest and presence.
7) Healthy exercise practices encourage a trim, toned, symmetrically energized body without sports-related injuries.
As beings, mobile mitochondrial waveforms with eyes, orifices, fingers and toes, our soul is here to further balance, stretch, and align – from wherever we are birthed when emitted from Gaia’s belly. Neither plants nor animals can do that!
As a fact, becoming our ad-ult(imate) self, we shed most if not all, of our “starting conditions”. (Many astrologers would agree is represented by our “South node” or Ketu in Vedic astrology.)
We lose parents, we move, we leave a beloved (or not) job; we break off relationships. We lose beloved friends; some we leave behind to create a new life. This is a hu(e)-man’s goal. We are meant to live as a diaspora. We are meant to feel loss – and know we will regain wholeness.
In Souk kingdom(s) (abbrev. SK) all you ‘need’ are basic aid-stations and the other health measures I detail below. For 98% of maladies, the local healing center is more than enough – to preserve life, limb, and community spirits.
This assertion is based on the idea that 1) because language is overall sweeter, people don’t carry extra labels. 2) people have a greater sense of personal boundaries. 3) There is less fear about ‘saving face’ and threats about competition – both of which drive excessive fear-based behaviors and imbalance.
A few will go on quests to heal a condition, just as they do now.
Obviously, those with more urgent conditions are seen accordingly. I’m not going to dwell on ER and ICU experiences. For sure, ambulances and Air lifts are available to go to “Elysium”- white tower healing centers. As it is, people have societal gestalt there’s a ‘special’ place to go for very intensive care- but you need to be very wealthy to afford it. We’ll get to those later.
Nevertheless, as long as there’s a mecca, there will be those that want to and need to go. “Needs” are inculcated by elders in a community.

The western medicine model is battle-ground injury based. As a result, its main treatments, until recently, is ‘fluids’ and surgery. Drugs are an extension of early shamanic remedies.
Historically, medicine has done little to explore the causes of chronic medical dis-ease and I’ll-ness, when we get to focus on what we will and do, and which the SK HC attempts to head off so that it can be redirected into activities more affirming.
Furthermore there has been great manipulation of teachings in order to support big important industries – mainly by their lobbying efforts as they gained market share.
For example, in the 1970s, there was a big ‘anti-fat’ campaign. “Healthy” foods became “low fat”. At the same time, sweeteners were developed and added. As a result, America got a huge sweet tooth.
Each sweetener has its issues and too much sweet isn’t actually good for you! Here we are 2 generations later with a diabetes and obesity epidemic and oodles of bodies are giving themselves sharp metal needlesticks on a daily basis.
This is an example of manufactured problem which was due to a version of conditioning and brainwashing.
Now we’re being told that “meat is the best protein” and told to double our daily intake. Instead of 60 gms a day, I’m to have 120 – which is very difficult to manage if you prefer eating plant-based.
There is no precedence for this other than in body builders and those recovering from major trauma- neither is healthy.
Most of the Asian world, which by many metrics is very successful, lives on much less. If I were cynical I’d be investing in dialysis centers!
Another example – most education is geared to a specific cohort of highly motivated individuals that like to sit and listen. They happily regurgitate their spoon-fed substance with excellence and apply themselves to their professors’ ideals. With this behavior, they get into the best colleges and make excellent dedicated employees.
Unfortunately this doesn’t represent a significant ~10% of the population now carrying labels of “neurodivergence”, “ADHD”, and similar monikers developed by the psychiatric and neurology communities to describe often highly creative individuals. (Read my essay on synesthesia if you’re curious.)
They’ve been told without daily medication they can’t be successful; they heard the doctors talking to their mom. They need special educational plans in the classroom.
Meanwhile they’re vastly overstimulated (as we all are in reality) by news, diet, and computers. The truth is, they aren’t in the “right place” for them and/or the timing for the classroom exposure is off.
Worse, when they can’t get this medication, believing its a necessity, they understandably feel pretty hopeless. Hopelessness breeds desperation – and crime.
If you really want to know what ails a society, start asking the “drop outs” and “flunkies” for their stories. Poll the homeless and incarcerated about specific instances when they started to fail. Find out who said what to them. Your eyes will open and maybe your hearts too.
With both healing and wounding, body language and words exchanged before during and after a situation count the most for supporting or eroding integrity! This is the basis for both nocebo and placebo effects.
A healthy hu(e)-man waveform doesn’t actually have that many needs.

Also, in the SK, children are introduced to their ‘hermetic creator G-d self’ early – learning about both hermetic principles : “everything is vibration”; “as above, so below”; “as within, so without”, everything has inherent polarity such as male or female/ yin and yang), and the power of personal light and language. I’m adding the last one.
Soma tends to give automatic authority to those taller and lighter (especially with deeper voices). The person we give attention is the one with the power. It is is easy to get disempowered if you don’t “look like them”. When confronted with such beings, we naturally stop or slow what we’re doing. This is a version of “losing power”. And yet it is required if we want to learn a thing.
Providers in the SK healing center wear light clothes with the SK HC logo.

Astrology, as a literal descriptor of our soul and purpose, can be used to demonstrate principles of harmony, diversity, activation, reciprocity, and holographic echoing.
The latter is a subconscious process. Holographic echoing goes on in multiple parts of the brain and body depending on intensity and naming in the given environmental situation. Each “relationship” is enmeshed in contextual cues of color, sound, cadence, etc. This is the basis for PTSD – post traumatic stress disorder. And why ghosts persist.
Keep in mind, each incidence of dis-tress (when we feel so bad we let our hair stay messy), dis-pair (feeling separated from our father’s will), and dis-comfort (environment is unpleasant) with its attendant course of healing teaches different “lessons” in resilience and personal health management.
Bouts of serious I’ll-ness (when we are given the opportunity to make decisions, exert our will, based on our personal perspective alone) bring us our closest l’Oved ones and family members. We find out who our ‘team’ is. With them opportunities for new attachments are created – some long lasting.
While it may be that only one hu(e)-man seems affected, in truth the whole emotional and physical collective group “needs” the medicine too. One person’s symptom is the tip of iceberg.
Within a given family or collective, some are more sensitive than others to an ongoing condition. As waveforms materializing from 12D to 5D, we exist in a field of energetic unity.
In 3D, we parse- attributing individuals with a this or that. These are projections of our own condition which is in some way unrecognized, un-enhanced, or suppressed.)
You can pretty quickly assess if a remedy is helpful or not, when applied broadly to one’s ‘family’- stable group of familiars.
Relationships are opportunities for waveforms to share in some way, reciprocally. Relationships nourish specific ‘chakras’ in each individual. Relationship fills each with a menu of thoughts (thou oughts), feelings, and emotions as they relate to “other”.
Because of this, losses and separations are felt corporeally. Then we are acutely unbalanced our energy body – like a ~hemorrhaging wound when our reciprocal tethers are torn, cut, and dissolved. Ouch! We need to heal which takes time.
*
As a healing center supports those regaining balance from losses, pain, anxiety/fear/guilt, and wounds, it functions as a walk-in urgent care center. With such conditions first the patient wants to feel they’re in good hands – and in accordance with their nature.
Naturally there are exceptions to everything once you get into the nitty gritty of being individual, but in general people respond differently to the same interventions (or not) for different reasons which is why there isn’t a one-size-all approach.
I aver the “differences” are mainly personality based – how the “provider” relates to the “patient”.
It may turn out all healing is basically “magic” – that is, a result of hypnosis and suggestion. With the right words, the spirit of body corpus wakes up and heals itself unless its feeling such a sense of completion, it’s ready for its transition to a non-corporeal state AKA dying.
And we physically change as we mature in important and dramatic ways. As years go by, we evolve into our unique and ad-ult(imate) puzzle piece- true, but this is within the ongoing milieu of one’s personal dynamic (affirming and pressurizing) collective(s).
Besides our family collective, we often have others.
Our bodies hone to habits- it molds that we become more efficient. It becomes physically unbalanced unless it’s bilaterally exercised. With ‘chores’, switch hands and practice doing a thing with the other side, gently, whenever you do stuff. We learn from awkwardness.
*
Besides challenges from overuse, aging, and accidents from overwhelm and inattention, a big period of transition is when the family unit of 2 become 3 (or more).
Each addition forces an intrinsic restructuring. Those intimately involved with the home front are most affected initially – though all members become transformed eventually.
For a few years they’re put into a period of when they re-explore what it’s like to be a child.
Lots of memories – vibrational images and sensations come up. These aren’t always easy to feel.
Getting help for the first few months – especially if you’re juggling work is wise. Have a low stakes mother’s helper. Many hands make light work.
For several years, while taking care of young waveforms, the primary caretaker is in a version of veritable physical bondage to these new additions. This tends to be wo(e)-men and wo(mb)-men- the mother and grandmothers.
With the passage of time, both learn to drop those extra letters – especially as men come to more joyfully share the nurturing of home and babies.
But don’t kid yourself. Taking care of children is work – not creative pleasure or play. Mom is essentially completely dis-empowered even if she’s great at her non-paying job. (That’s part of the definition of slavery).
How she has fun is something personal to her – and what she must find before she becomes a mom!
Here’s an eye-opening statistic. Currently wo(e)-men and wo(mb)-men represent ~70% of medical clinic visits; this is not any accident. They come to the doctor to be seen as individual by someone with power instead of being taken for granted, or worse, a doormat (like I was).
In the SK HC there’s a new mom bulletin board – so people can sign up and be ‘helper’. This is posted in the Temple of Motherhood as well.
*
Because the Souk system has so many ways of getting positive affirmation, we don’t “need” to rely solely on “doctors” and ‘star-of the-month’ awards to provide VIP treatment. That is assuming you aren’t a V.I.P. already. Check out my AEIOU essays.

SK health centers are green-themed inside and out as green stabilizes our cognizant (upper half) body. During acute anything, we need stabilization and safe distancing.)[1]
Representing the four elements, there’s a sparkling pine tree (fire), mountain (earth), winding stream (water), and open meadow (air) on its logo representing the 4 elements.
Translated into light language the logo might have a multipointed dark green star shining in a pillar of light with silver winding all around the star – atop an open meadowscape; The star illuminates the grass from behind and just above -the star is ‘grown’ by Gaia Herself just as a tree is).
As outpost member of ‘Elysium’, the logo clearly resonates with the one at the Elysium. Repetition builds up recognition.
SK HC are community -based and ~staffed by salaried laypersons.
As soon as you add a co-payment, you add expectations. What you put in, you get out. With co-payments, there’s an attachment to an outcome. I suggest it be 2,4, or 6X minimum wage; let patients chose which one they want to pay.
The amount they chose is information about how they’re seeing themselves to the ‘average’.
People mature – and find they matter after all- exactly as they are!

In the SK Health and Wellness Center, after being triaged, clients fill out 3 pages of paperwork. For those less acute, this gets the “problem” more localized onto specifically tangible paper and which the heart with the hands articulates. Leave the voice and retelling out of it.
1) with a descriptive timeline of their life. 2) their “I l’Ove to” healthy review of systems- as they circle answers, and on 3) what they feel most acutely as their concerns – in their words. They keep this with them (and can bury it whenever).
With this opportunity to touch their hands to paper and make a legible mark, they ~witness themself. This is grounding right away (just like filling out questionnaires now).
While there is overall much greater awareness of how their body’s feel and work, this exercise helps bring oneself into greater definition.
The questionnaire is full of “Do you like to?” and then have the choice be 1-5. Review of systems should be affirming: such as for HEENT – have them circle if eyes are clear, hearing sharp, list a favorite smell/ taste, that sort of thing.
Each “do you like” question reflects the underlying development of type and personality.
Make it a huge fun list – like the personality sorting tests they have now with a few hundred questions (OK maybe it’s a few more pages; let them start filling it out at home.)
Patients bring their own charts with them. They keep them at all times. No records are kept otherwise in order to reduce negative entities from embedding. See my essay on “entities” for further clarification. https://drjenwyman-clemons.com/2018/08/11/entities/

The building itself is either located on the ground, or on the street level. This keeps it from feeling extraordinary or anything to be ashamed of. No one wants to enter the pit of underworld without a guide.
If its architecture itself seems particularly elevating, that itself will be a reason for revisiting – and encouraging over-utilization. There are other buildings in the Souk Kingdom that are uplifting and elevating.
Entering our center, one is immersed in a variety of greens both warm and cool. Like the oxygen temple, there are plants galore. Mellifluous sounds greet one with both gentle piped music and the receptionist’s voice- just as we have now in most modern “medical” facilities.
(However, unlike the SK healing centers, today’s medical centers are otherwise sharp shiny metal edges and stark whites which create shars and punctures our aura- enhancing disintegration.)
In the background are sounds of gentle rain and sibilant trickling water representing our being embedded in change and feelings.
There’s lot of natural lighting – with skylights. In the healing center, one is there to be clearly seen – by another person. Each skylight is rimmed with LED fairy lights.

When you’re in the thick of acute pain from such loss, injury, or separation, it’s easy to forget we will heal. Until then our power self (heart) is dysregulated. We are imbalanced. Then we are (exquisitely) suggestible, and (maybe) only then- especially if we’ve a strong will otherwise. (This is my personal experience.)
While “hemorrhaging”, our energy and attention to tasking- used to do whatever, is spent grieving. With each ‘wound’ we experience a healing and growth phase.
Once we’re able to look back in our ‘retrospectoscope’, there’s distance between the change in condition. We often regain a new sense of wholeness and perspective.
To heal, hu(e)-man contact is essential. All contact is relationship. Becoming re-attuned doesn’t happen in a vacuum!
Hu(e)-man contact reminds a corpus they’re still in the stream of a greater society of life. While their foundation has just cracked or crumbled, being with others, they’re reminded that other foundations still exist.
This can be simple witnessing, touch, or more proactive- depends on the client. Just going to a healing place (subconsciously) reassures the soma we do exist within a web of hu(e)-man context, even if we’re soloing.
*
And we change – in important and dramatic ways as we evolve into our unique ad-ult(imate) selves whilst a puzzle piece within a collective. It is normal to move on to new ones. Social assistance helps ease transitions.

For some an Ayurvedic consultation is helpful. These review “diet” influences that might be adding to stress. Give them an “Ama” questionnaire to assess “fuel-type” and depletion patterns.
Ayurveda helps support one’s “weakest link”. This is an opportunity to “form a healthy practice or habit” which will be helpful throughout life. With this they may receive “herbs”, crystals, or an exercise. maybe they learn to cut out the garlic.
Call this new “habit” or remedy a surrogate for whatever is ailing and you’d be right. That, and the advice that came with from the person who cared, is the basis for its placebo effect.
For some, ‘hands-on-healing’, including Reiki, is especially important – those who normally keep separate to themselves and rely on very few to sustain them (you know who you are…). They have the biggest jolts when the rug’s pulled from under them. Short sessions, like 20 min, so as not to be too overwhelming.
This can be variations of Reiki, physical therapy, and chiropractic manipulations -with accompanying percussive/grounding “cracking” noises.
(Btw, cracking and other percussive sounds also affects the chiropractor/provider giving them! While mother’s wounds of abandonment and separation tend to affect the underlying organization of a being, father’s wounds of judgement embed into one’s structure. Chiropractors are filled with the latter.)

For others, a progressed astrologic reading- will provide remedies based on combinations of progressed moon and personal planet tensions.
Since most folks will know about their own basic astrology, having been introduced to it in Souk School in 3rd or 4th grade – when they learn about astrologic workings of their neighbors and friends. Because astrology tends to be literal, they appreciate its helpfulness – and complexity.
Here’s a generalized astrologic review hoping to be inclusive- by addressing tendencies of both element and modality of our personal waveform, albeit briefly.
Ultimately, these suggestions are helpful to all – at least on some level and in some proportion. I’ll summarize remedies by element at the end- so they’re easily combined. Or I might leave this for you.
Please know, my approach differs from traditional medical astrology but resonates somewhat with shamanic healing practices. (And, as a mystic, I made some up too.)
(Astrology centers will be a thing of themselves – and more schools than we have now; they serve as general consultation centers to help ‘get to the bottom’ of things-freestanding like an H and R Block tax center.)

How one ‘deals’ with life’s crises depends on their elemental temperaments- somewhat similar to Meyer Briggs, the “planets” that rule and guide them, their Ascendant, sun, moon etc.
We experience authority, like doctors, first as how they resonate with our parents (especially mom), and then develop new constructs of authority. New connections are weighed against previous.
How we experience our parents astrologically depends on whether born during the day or night, one’s birth order,- and of course zodiac with aspects and placements. “Planets” represent actual people, places and things in our lives!
While our medical robustness or fragility is generally described by one’s zodiacal being as transits aspect our natal and progressed chart, especially one’s ascendant which is the constellation rising at the moment of birth, we are an energetic expression within our own personal milieu.
Meaning, dad’s Mars trining to junior’s Saturn is a powerful asset – what dad “wants” naturally resonates with and is in harmony with junior’s eventual stature. Without this trine, junior’s form (Saturn) might be afflicted and have nothing familal to either add or subtract to it. If mom’s Mars stimulates or clashes, junior will experience a sense of friction with her. No two people get exactly the same influences.
Family dynamics is a huge fascinating astro field waiting to be further investigated, along with dynamics of personal collectives one also participates.
You’d be stunned to find out how many in your work site share or perfectly (within 1 degree) aspect placements in your chart- including sharing aspects of you and your parents.
Collectives have multiple forces on them, and yet they don’t at the same time. They tend to stay focused on their drama – which keeps stable. When one member gets sick and then recovered – eliciting special care and attention from others, later almost always another member will have issues, and then another.
A healthy collective is more like a star – all members are engaged and doing well outside in their specific life – reaffirmed by society at large. They aren’t wholly dependent on their inner family world.
How far do you have to go in your current 3D lineage before you stumble into someone with serious illness that ‘makes the news’ to the rest of a family?
Most of these suggestions will be broadly helpful to help our probabilistic-electron-cloud-waveform-with-orifices back to standing tall and empowered- and who doesn’t want that!!!
*
While both parents comfort us as baby waveform ‘sperm’ beings, dad is ~terrifying until we learn to trust him.
That is, if we can – ever. I’m not sure that happens when he’s out of the picture so much – at least until now, visiting his man friends, ‘doing his own thing’, and “at work”.
We ask mom for help – using words the way he does – unless and until we hear otherwise!
Watch how little boys ask and receive relative to a little girl. How she responds to our tones and frequencies makes all the difference. We’re individually cultivated by her (and him) even though we’re all part of the same family.
*
As an example of how other “signs” experience auric (and physical) tears, rents, and bruises, here’s a brief rundown of how each might be existentially affected. Here I’m considering the sun signs according to mode, but every planet adds their flavor to the mix.
Not everyone needs or wants everything. (Though what they don’t want…often helps exceptionally!)
**
Cardinal signs, those with suns which are always evolving and shifting to gain more of a thing have the capacity to move on most easily (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn). Whatever you do to or for them tends to go a long way. Unless it seems appealing and helps them feel better immediately, they start but don’t always finish.
Cardinal fire like those with strong Aries suns are most accident-prone. They are basically impatient and have angry outbursts until they learn not to. Even if they’ve nearly completely subverted the tendency, it’s still there.
They benefit from regular strong exercise and weight lifting.
Their fire is “put out” by others being (for them) overly-emotional or emphatic. Then they’ll quench, stifle, and smolder.
With too much ‘wind’, chaotic or rapid thoughts (“thou oughts”) and ideas, they are stimulated to blaze. Then they might get headaches.
Headaches are well treated with sticking one’s thumbs in the ears, touching digits together – then pressing the scalp under the fingertips. Don’t forget to press the occiput which lies under the index fingers. Have them sit in chairs covered with grass mats when you do it.
Alternating pressure or gentle tapping activates one’s brain grid. Holding all at once stabilizes balance to the system. (also sing “la,la,la” or hum)
Then slowly open the hands apart – keeping touch intact. After an inch, stop. Massage each point. Open out another inch. Stop, repeat. Etc. Until all five fingers are on the ears together. Then massage a little more.
This helps bring brain back into coherence as it will simultaneously sense several points being activated. Work your way out. Keep thumbs in ears the whole time. (This practice is amazing; it has really helped my headaches when done proactively!)
*
Cardinal water such as “emotional” Cancers, most naturally focus on the comfort and safety of home and their roots. Emotions, “energy in motion”, from hormonal release, help focus us on what is in front of us.
What excites can shift and change over the course of one’s life. When Cancers feel well they’re focused and supporting life around them.
Like all water signs, whether born at night or in the day, their sign is ruled by Mars – “aka (male) actions with intention”. Moon, ruling Cancer, is reflectively shining luminary body.
Water’s always seeks to be level. Cancer’s efforts go into making nurturing connections that maintain an emotional condition. In this way, they are motivated to act and do.
Engaged, emotions are a source of our greatest assets.
Cancers tend to worry about people, places, and things in their environment. They often have stomach and breast issues of an inflammatory nature. Such individuals respond to assistance, time management, and reassurance, and learning how to set healthy boundaries that is, putting themselves first (gracefully).
Warm packs on the chest and abdomen- including purring cats, are especially soothing.
*
Cardinal Air “Diplomatic Libras”, are naturally appeasing; they get caught up in balancing acts between strong personalities. They teach us diplomacy and balance.
With Scorpio in their second house, they can naturally get stuck on one or the other side of a rut – but over time regain balance; with Virgo in their 12th, they aren’t big on details. They can equivocate. Like all air signs, they love fresh air (ideas). Ruled by Venus, they’re a fount of harmony.
Send them to the Oxygen Palace for inspiration and ideas. https://drjenwyman-clemons.com/2026/03/24/oxygen-palace/
While anxiety may not be dominant, Nadi Shodanan, alternate nostril breathing, helps to balance – especially adding ‘alternate eyes’, or ‘alternate fists’ to the practice at the same time.
*
Cardinal Capricorn, ruled by builds empires stemming from a sense of deep insecurity. Born during a predominantly cold season, his first months of life are literally grim (in the northern hemisphere). This strains both him and his mother – he experienced her as a bit distant or cold; she showed little skin with him. Capricorns tend to be melancholic from seeing the world as bleak and focused on possibilities to exploit.
Capricorn climbs relentlessly; gets brittle from all his upward trajectory; and speaks little than more than his spreadsheets from his control tower. Builder of worlds, he’s a master of organization.
He can suffer from tunnel vision exacerbating Seasonal Affective Disorder- becoming short tempered and gloomy. Light therapy.
Where Capricorn lands on your zodiac is the realm of life you’re going to master; Saturn’s placement is is where your core being shows natural authority.
To help regain self within a circle of hu(e)-manity, put him/her in one. Such as in “more AEIOU” medicine, surround them with people singing their vowel sounds. A “circle” needs ~3 or more people to be formed – with him/her in the middle. Like a plant, put them under warm broad-spectrum lights year-round.
Help him hydrate. Hydration is more than drinking a glass of water- its connection. Water (as connection and relationship) helps balance the inner fire that keeps sending him further from his nest – whether physically or ideologically. Give him a low maintenance plant.
Successful ideas have logical, practical value and are rationally analyzed – not in the midst of passion. But you need passion to get and keep stuff going – otherwise you’re running on (Saturnian) commitment, which fatigues without nourishment.
Capricorn has a tendency to build and embody the “sins of his father” – as Capricorn rules the knees and shins.
*
Fixed signs tend to settle and congeal, become uncompromising, and get stuck in ruts.
Without temperance- adding water and air to modulate their flame, they metaphysically break when a pressure is applied asymmetrically. Because they’re typically stable and steady, their wounding take longest to heal.
They are dependent on a steady diet of “something” and can be most resistant to change; but when they do a thing, it’s for keeps. They take the longest to ‘grow’ into a new condition. They need lift and stir to reduce their thickened spirit.
*
Outgoing yang-based fixed signs, Leo and Aquarius love to be seen.Leo does it by radiating warmth and attractiveness; Aquarians by being ~shocking and original.
Leos, ruled by Sun in day and Jupiter at night, have naturally most available hearts. They burn brightly with little fuel or oxygen. They need to learn ~boundaries and how to give and receive and not just shine.
While they’ve “got the fire”, They live for applause – so teach them to clap for themselves – and others regularly – it will relieve their tendencies to be overbearing. They become confused or angry when the attention they receive isn’t what they expected.
Heart-based, they love without respecting “others”-which takes using their brain -and engaging their mind which isn’t necessarily on the same page. Give them some constructive critical feedback, if it’s been a while. Many are successful as functioning ditzes- they are rewarded for doing a basic minimum- because being on life’s stage comes so easily to them.
After losses, they need to rebuild their “kingdom” to regain health; meanwhile they whine.
Strengthen all aspects of their fire element- look to Aries and Sagittarius’s medicine especially. Offer them tossing exercises like bocci and tomahawk throwing. Maybe they’d like the climbing wall in the AEIOU fun center. Or “kick boxing” at the men’s wellness “church”.
*
Fixed air and Aquarius, ruling ankles, is ruled by Saturn in day and Mercury at night. They love a pinnacle with its sense of elevation and to be unique. Another dry sign, they tend to engage with their brain and whether a thing accords with their notions of tradition – which they often rebel against.
In which house and degree this sign lands on your zodiac of self suggests your genius as a ‘fixed waveform’ being.
Aquarian’s l’Ove to look out and over ranks of hu(e)-manity; to be detached. Have them visit the AEIOU fun center and visit the vantage room in the Men’s pavillion. Give them a prescription for the latter. Co-ruled by Saturn and Uranus, they tend to be ~serious and brilliant.
Teach them how to “enjoy their environment”; they may have weak ankles- from not watching their steps. While their feet lead them along their dharma paths, their head and heart aren’t always into it. Wearing boots can be helpful when they’re on uneven terrain. Teach them how to do self-massage especially of their lower legs and forearms and how to hum. (Bhramari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath) breath in Ayurveda).
*
Yin signs fixed-earth Taurus and fixed-water Scorpio have different versions of consistency.
While Aries/Libra axis does a Mars Venus dance- with inner Mars and projected Venus, Taurus/Scorpio does a Venus Mars dance- with inner Venus and projected Mars. Whether this is publicly witnessable, depends on which signs cusps is above or below the axis of East West horizon.
*
Fixed earth and Taurus l’Oves the earth and all that’s tangible. Morphologically, they are sturdy and persistent. They think their stuff IS them.
Just as we believe our cars are an extension of self when we’re driving, Taurus entrenches and is possessive. They tend to be attractive and mellifluent. Their voice is rich.
It is most natural for them to rebuild after losses- they have a knack for attracting wealth because they tolerate no vacuums and attract flow in the form of money- which they l’Ove to manage.
Taurus ‘live’ according to their senses and tangibility. They need to learn to recognize feelings- and process emotions. They get stuck when their environment is static. They l’Ove numbers and organizing them to create hierarchies. They need a change in sensory stimulation.
They loosen with water, put them in a watery room.
Let them play dress up and then let them gently remove each piece one at a time. Then they’re comfortable in the armor. Be gentle when you disrobe them. Do this in stages. Yes, like a strip show. After they relieve of worldly cares and rest ~naked, they reemerge as heroes.
This is simulated with a series of purification rooms. Before each, something is left. They pick up articles (or not) on the way back. Symbolically this helps separate their me and mine.
After each step or passageway is an atrium to the next level where the adornment is removed. They become progressively more vulnerable as they experience being immersed in a pine-scented fog; walking barefoot in warmed sand; waking amongst a grove; rinsing under a gentle shower; lying in a bright room on a white altar (like going to the upperworld).
Novelty in their environment is helpful.
Have a crystal station – give them a bag with a single one; let them choose. Give them a reward if they return/exchange it on a future visit.
Remind them that they are right about their possessions – each one was made especially for them energetically. When it breaks or ‘leaves’, it’s ready to move on. Remind them they’re still OK.
Encourage them to go to the SK adult community center for crafting and creating.

Fixed water Scorpio, ruling generative “private parts”, have been shamed. They shame as a result. Scorpio goes into unfathomable depths. Scorpio sees him and herself in terms of their “others” close partners “value”. They are fascinated by undersides and backstories.
With the help of life’s challenges, teachers, and unseen forces and pressures, Scorpio’s naturally ‘see’ their worth in others- that is, they judge and measure – whether or not someone else is up to their snuff. They do this with their eyes and pelvis – not necessarily their heart. Defining their worth is their soul’s quest.
Have them write an inventory of 100 good things about themselves.
With Sagittarius in their second house, they can to be heatedly philosophical inwardly- with variable fervor; they are often morally righteous. Woe to those they deem inferior – then ruthlessness surfaces.
They are helped by being reminded they and their beloves are l’Ove embodied- without needing to “do”. They’ll also benefit from regular visits to the Souk kingdom’s Sex Venue.
Heart stuff ‘shakes’ them up as Leo’s house squares their own along with Aquarius. They need to get moving so as to warm. Teach them to let out loud roars. Sing heart songs, including their’ own soul song of vowels in their given and chosen names.
Rub and massage their pectorals. Fun surfing games like “slip and slide” may help lighten them as well as playing on salt water with boogie boards.

Mutable signs are thought of a combination of the preceding fixed and following cardinal signs in the zodiac. They change, pivot, and bridge- each in different ways. They are often not too grounded or centered. This unnerves those who want/need dependability and systematic rigorous order and shakes us those like them – all mutable signs have a theme of ‘two-ness’.
Depending on the degree, whether earlier or later in the sign suggests which modality is stronger. It is their task to find anchors and guides.
Mutable fire Sagittarius, ruling hips and thighs and by the Sun in day and Jupiter at night, loves to illuminate others and philosophize with broad strokes. They aren’t naturally detail-oriented. In fact, details exhaust them. Indecisiveness and being held back are infuriating (6 and 12 square 9).
Sagittarius l’Oves higher authority- those taller, lighter, and naturally radiant. My mother was a Sag – she l’Oved going to the doctor the most!
Sagittarians are often lifelong learners – especially about new “laws” and enjoy halls of higher education where they often work or preside.
S/he l’Oves to go outside – and witness natural phenomena. Part horse-spirit, they l’Ove to have goals, quests, and travel. Have them write out a 3-5 year plan-which they can put into their wallets.
Because they can see an idea far in the distance, on which they act with or without their ‘mercurial’ brain self-engaged, they can be reckless. This is another accident-prone sign – but more from tripping and stumbling, as they don’t always watch where they’re going. They may hate to walk in the labyrinth-but it’s good for them.

Mutable air Gemini l’Oves to play with words, language, and communications. They are naturally youthful and excel as middleman making deals. They, like all “male” (outgoing) signs, can get completely detached from their ongoing reality. Teach them how to quiet their minds which are quite active; nadi shodanan is again very balancing.
With words we share our power with others – and create mini-vacuums at the same time – that want a reply. Give them a summary of how they’re doing. Slip in a couple of ideas for how they might join their multiple sides; mix modalities. If they’re very flighty, encourage connections- emotional entrainment with others, which can help them settle but overdone tend to weigh.
They have a lot of nervous energy. Naturally dexterous, they sometimes overdo it and sometimes like to pick. I wouldn’t be surprised if a few weren’t “blue light beings”. Teach them to massage their hands and feet.
Grounding includes getting a gentle pat down after a short period of quiet connection (Reiki) – where they aren’t the one fielding the middle, but on the receiving end – or giving it.

Mutable earth and Virgo, like Gemini, is ruled by Mercury – they are known for their meticulous attention to details. They can suffer digestive issues. Virgo likes to use hands and brain to measure details. Their discerning facilities can get overwhelmed. There is often a sterility about him/her as they simplify their environments. They may prefer a clean diet most of the time.
They learn about all the microscopic bugs and germs and get creeped out that when they hear about the 1 in a million, that aren’t friendly; but that’s what they’ve been told so far. They aren’t reminded about the 999,999 that are.
From over cleansing, they disturb their own microbiome. Probiotic foods are a blessing for them – anything made with healthy bacteria. Teach them how to eat a little dirt – fresh tomatoes off the vine, apples plucked from a tree, and the like. They are likely to respond to job counseling strategies.
They’ll not be unkempt personally unless they’ve been delving into Pisces’s Pixieland. When you see one around you – you might straighten up yourself.
With them it’s good to tuck in your hair and suck in your gut. By their example, they keep the rest of us tidy (but don’t look in their rooms.)
They l’Ove rituals- so give them a new one.

Mutable water Pisces are ~messy. Coming at the end of a 3-month stretch of grim cold, along with Capricorn and Aquarius, their congealed mothers have the most difficult births in the northern hemisphere. (Reversed in Southern Hemisphere, then it’s Cancer, Leo, and Virgo.)
Pisces feel like they almost died to ‘get out’ of the birth canal – because they often nearly do. Their spirit is most easily ~dissociated if not always “astral projecting” spontaneously. They benefit greatly from meditation practices and guided exercises. Seeing themselves in the mirror reminds them they’re embodied. Encourage them to keep a dream journal.
Essentially untethered, Pisces people ‘dissolve’ very easily into a sea of emotions – perception-based hormonal responses to their ongoing environments. They’ll do this one way or another which is why they often “need” to numb- at least until now.
Whether this is because of their traumatic births, or some other reason, they are society’s canaries- in northern hemisphere. (Virgo in the southern.)
Teaching them how to do their own hands-on-healing (to remind soma by touch one is still embodied) is especially helpful.
Teach them basic reflexology – touching their feet sequentially. “Emotional freedom techniques”, EFT, or ‘tapping’ are also helpful – paired with strong positive affirmations, “even though I” (f*cked up in some way), “I completely and thoroughly/ unconditionally accept and l’Ove myself- and every molecule of my being” – and similar verbal out loud affirmations.
Remind them to kiss their palms and say, “I love you” out loud. They need to be reminded they’re embodied and able to push matter. Have them decorate their timelines with colors and stickers.
Being the kin of 12th house, they aren’t often genuinely seen and have a natural aversion to spotlights– so give them a kudo if you can. Prove you looked at them and not just at their chart which they, like all the others are “supposed” to bring themselves.

It helps to ‘know’ who you are.
Learn about your astrology chart. You never know what gems you’ll pick up!
[1] Typically with I’ll-ness and dis-ease, our reactive and creative (red and orange) chakras have lost or distorted power. This affects the whole bubble of self they represent. First heal the eyes, ears, and mouth. The rest of the corpus will follow coherently. If one part of the hologram is calmed – it reflects the whole. You can witness this in any part of it.
[2] I’ll, and I’ll-ness are states when we focus on our health and labyrinth alone – and get exempt from validating ‘work’ – being freed from chores b/c you are too sick to do them.
[3] Paradoxically while the current western patriarchal world is seemingly very “yang” and fire/air oriented, most of this is projected. Relatively few individuals have their ‘fire selves’ intact – even many “fire” and “air” signs who are naturally outgoing and expressive have been dampened and quelled!
This is why violent sports, wars, and other very harsh and corporeally percussive realities are so popular like boxing and American football.
We can do better.

Wow, this is an amazing body of work. Just wow!
I’m so glad you found it! Please share if that feels aligned with you! Sing your vowel song too! Check out Kelly Kolodney too! I’m not the only one doing stuff like this.
