I’m working on some other aspects of my “Souk Kingdom”, here’s a latest one one of many “franchise opportunities”.
Because our children are our treasure – from which all hu(e)-mankind’s gems are mined, in the souk kingdom – there are temples of motherhood. Ideally one every corner – like our Starbucks now, – if having children is a thing a society truly needs or wants and wishes to have more of.
As the condition of motherhood serves us ‘for the highest and greatest good for all beings including you and me down to our tiptoes’, or FTHAGGFABIYAMDTOT, (Good luck with that a word with 3 As, an I with O at the end. YAM is our heart chakra. DT takes both Dalet’s opportunity and runs with it creating), including a few other ‘temples’ we’ll get to later.
The Temple of Motherhood is the place for comfortable breast feeding, learning about women’s periods and cycles, basic unembellished sex ed and birth control, and general women’s care. These serve to help one blossom and make the transition from teen to wo(mb)-man easier. Each one ‘serves’ its demographic – in order to be most effective -giving opportunity for multiple franchises that by their nature, noncompetitive. Girls can go visit whenever they feel curious.
By its nature, the motherhood temple will have a bigger complex than the men’s – even if needing to be spread out, since it supports the baby mother intimate relationship. The men’s temple shares many of the same themes- only different.
The Temple of Motherhood’s logo is a gravid -appearing wo(mb)-man with big leaky breasts sitting with a child in her lap; baby’s in its milk coma – splayed contented with a wet cheek. Mom’s hair is down and wild. And she’s otherwise unkempt – because that’s what motherhood’s about- navigating a mess – for a few years.
In her ‘free’ hand she holds a Chiron key – as it is she who administers the first wounds by her circumstance of nature. Such as Pluto’s birth/death experience of being physically squeezed down the birth canal, nursing ~unconditionally -then separated from physically which weaning is. Mom is also our first teacher- who ‘teaches’ by her tones and activities, who’s who in a family hierarchy. Mom is who gets it “wrong” sometimes- and give us our first ‘rungs’ – tasks of forgiveness.
So, to support motherhood for the sacred albeit temporary entity that it is, the first things on entrance are bathrooms on both sides. Next is a nursing area with soothing sounds; aromatized and decorated with murals of with ~fennel, anise, or similar licorice flowers and seeds.
The floor throughout feels springy and juicy – like virgin ground- which each baby also represents. Sounds of water emanate along it- as if you’re walking by a stream with areas of pooling. (Subconsciously Intros the themes of ‘big fish’, ‘little fish’, ponds, and path and waterways).
In the nursing room, colors are of veined bosoms and placenta- deep pinks. There she may rest from amidst whatever is outside. Without knowing it, we’ve been led down this path by our grandmothers – while she nursed. Soma understands the rhythms.
Towards the left of the structure are ‘wo(mb)-men’ and wo(e)-men’s timelines with exhibits about healthy bodies. For more left brain focus- details about it. Towards the right are art gallery-like setting with dioramas of typical motherhood settings – over the globe as well in the community.
In the ‘art of motherhood’ section, there’s a ‘belly button up’ and a ‘below the belly button’ area.
The ‘belly button up’ area reviews about care and support of our lovely skin and breast tissues. I l’Ove Wacoal’s non-underwire bras – they’re flattering and supportive without pinching.
There’s skin care– reviewing gentle evidence-based and time-tested practices that support healthy skin and immunity. A review about special dietary considerations – especially relating to symptoms of PMS (if there really is still such a thing – in a less ionized, let alone polarized world!).
The ‘below the belly button’ area reviews in details about menstruation, methods of managing it, birth “control” (more like guidance) and all pictures of baby during in-utero development.
The latter triptychs offset with an opalescent white background- and surrounded by a patchwork of brightly saturated paisleys. Each paisley is different though – with different percentage of the same hues of color – reminding of our energetic complexity. Even as we’re a recognizable pattern within a family milieu, we are individuals).
There’s a section on adolescent health with a short video of two lovers coupling under covers. Without much details-further details are available in the “sex temple” to be discussed later.
While there are all kinds of wild l’Ove to be found in your heart, eyes, and lips – sex for hu(e)-mans is always shown face to face. Only man makes l’Ove this way! Animals already ‘teach’ us their ‘hows’- we don’t need further reminder (go visit a zoo if you’re curious!).
At the end of our tour there’s a “hall of possibilities” where tributes are placed about what famous moms have done in the area – with a framed mirror at the end – “who will you become?”
The Temple of Motherhood is open for one Sunday a month for a couple of hours– for tours by other types of waveforms. (Ditto for the Temple of Fatherhood).
