This is a polemic decrying the suck kingdom which I aver we live in today. While the souk kingdom isn’t panacea, it is relatively idyllic.
(What got my gall was the cancelling of earned and scheduled promotions. As an ex-army wife I know how hard soldiers work for them – taking lots of time away from families as they attend various enhancement programs in order to qualify and be considered. what a gut punch for them.)
In the souk kingdom, life’s pace is overall less hurried and stressed than in suck’s. Because it is understood that one’s inner values must be educed, fostered, and witnessed in order to most brightly shine, overall there’s a sense of genuine patience with others. You could correctly assume the pace is akin to being on “island time”. Yes, it is slow, but everything gets done. At the end of a day there’s still energy left over to visit a souk kingdom venue and enjoy a glass of mint tea.
Not only aware of the power of words, souk kingdom’s citizens are ‘indoctrinated’ in kindness and civility. People feel dignified – and share this by witnessing others. Mothers are revered for they carry the blood’s lineages. They even choose to wear a little pink ribbon on their scarf or collar when their wombs are full.
Everyone wears different fabrics and colors – and in styles that are flattering and appropriate for the weather. Sure, it’s a little sexy, but skin is known to be sacred – thus is slowly revealed. Most don’t wear tank tops.
Because men have a much greater practical and working vocabulary (as do wo(e)-men), both with their fingers and mouths, you don’t typically see groups of them idling around or just sitting hunched.
Mostly they’re standing and moving around purposefully. Because there’s a general sense of empowerment, it is rare for one to feel like they’re a victim. Disagreements are arbitrated; everyone shares some responsibility for things that go “wrong”.
There are few venues requiring volunteers or charities tithing for dis-eased groups of people. Tithes do happen in the form of “taxes” and “fees”- but these further support roads and community programs instead of well, you know, stuff I don’t want “more of”.
Compare this to the “suck kingdom” which lies at the edges and borders of the souk kingdom and is the most popular system today- especially in the U.S.A.
Despite the suck kingdom’s pledges for equality, there are few opportunities to shine. Power is entrenched in the form of schools, hospitals, and places of incarceration. Those “on top” are insatiably greedy and mine from suck lands and peoples- without giving back much at all – let alone equally.
Crime as we know it in the suck kingdom, is rife. Meaningful dissent is quashed. While dissent arises from a system of abuse usually by those in power, it attracts attention for others with like experiences.
Instead of alleviated, dissent is “eradicated” by smashing, burning, poisoning, and cutting of branches (narrowing opportunities) forming stunted and bonsaied individuals.
Meanwhile dissent’s roots are entrenched and gnarly.
As powerful institutions label and parse, they keep “lesser” waveforms metaphorically on their knees. They own the media – and focus it. Even if a waveform “chooses” where to go – s/he must conform to new sets of whims as she lives his/her life distracted by lists. Tasks are graded by peers. (“Peers” are those with father’s ears – and hearts- ie. an ignorant and insecure patriarchy).
The suck kingdoms, of which there are many, are basically advanced systems of feudalism with pockets of slavery. As slaves, I include those who work personally non-self-enhancing jobs without pay such as convicts and “mothers” especially.
In the suck kingdom, men and wo(e)-men lead ~completely polarized lives. They don’t share values. Men go ‘somewhere’ all day and return tired and greyed (and degraded). If he’s worked out – he’s nearly stuporous with aching fatigue until he’s had his beer or Gin and Tonic. Then he wakes up and demands her attentions.
Wo(mb)-men and wo(e)-men for eons have been silenced by their physically dominant spouses- father, husbands, and sons-themselves walking in the footfalls of their “leaders” with magnetic personalities. Those whom father, spouse and sons agree with such as political figures, clergy, doctors, and teachers.
Wo(e)-men as a rule, are groomed to care for other people’s shortcomings in addition to all things domestic. They have little life of their own; as personalities they’re mostly undeveloped.
Eager for sights outside of their domestic realms, once they’ve finished their (nearly endless) chores, wo(e)-men often volunteer for sick and dis-eased persons’ charities (owned by the mega-wealthy, I might add).
She only sits when he brings her somewhere – or when she’s ferrying. Then she creates a “la, la” land for her minion children, as she’s always keeping appearances and meeting demands – especially her son’s. “See I can do it all – with a smile on my face and hair nicely styled”. She brags, “I am first to rise and last to rest!”
He has his world of nouns, verbs, and adjectives; she has hers. They don’t overlap. Conversations are by necessity superficial.
In the suck kingdom, despite their oaths and promises of “fraternity” and “equality”, unless an inhabitant is born into a successful familial lineage and looks like his/her overlords, S/he has ~ little true chance for meaningful socioeconomic advancement.
An overlord’s successes are typically built on the backs and blood of others – so with blood monies, all of them.
Like China, another notorious suck kingdom, along with most countries in the Middle East, what is favored and rewarded today, is pariah tomorrow. Meanwhile the U.S.A. keeps notes and files on those who ‘come out’ when a thing is ~tolerated (and they need bodies) – then fire them when the optics change- or worse.
Denouncing others – minding another’s business not yours, is handsomely rewarded in most suck kingdoms.
Flexibility isn’t based on problem solving and trouble-shooting, but how many hoops one can jump through and whether you demonstrate patience with bureaucracy. G-d forbid you ever lose your temper b/c someone’s incompetent, then you get black marks on your report! (And heavy tipping doesn’t much help; you’re still f*cked.)
There is little sense of personal worth – or durable reality- as s/he finds ways to meet an employers’ ever-changing demands.
The suck kingdom does have its blessings – for some. The biggest winners, the .1%, have oodles of properties, fancy cars, yachts, and private planes. They routinely go to red-carpet venues. Their wardrobes are tabloid fodder. Granted this pales next to the British royalty but still…
The rest of the top 10% have ~two houses and go business or first class when they jet. This is the doctor and lawyer class. They dress up sometimes. They may have a few “Tiffany” jewelry pieces.
They aren’t typically big employers but employed as specialists or own medium-sized franchises and businesses. Life is chock full of headaches and extra demands.
They aren’t typically making money from royalties from patents like Bill Gates making $76,000 per minute from his Microsoft sales. (A number I recall from the 90s.)
They make 6 or 7 figures – but not ten.
These 9.9 percenters go to the opera and ballet and have season tickets to games which they can give away with special (usually prospective) clients.
When I was a doctor working part-time while my husband worked 80 hours, we were in the former demographic. From it, I have a Rolex and a Steinway piano (for now anyway); and then there’s upkeep (never again!).
All the while they’re mostly sitting – and reading or trouble-shooting. Or walking on concrete. Either way blood pools in their feet.
Perks keep them going because their days are very long; while their hair turns gray early. They usually don’t take much vacation for fear of being replaced or losing clients and customers.

Meanwhile the bottom 50% make much lower wages. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, a quarter of the US workforce earn less than 18 dollars an hour. This is laughable.
Supposedly only 1% of the US workforce is paid at the Federal minimum wage of $7 and change or lower.
(Depending on how you measure it, which, like all statistics can be reclassified and manipulated- amazingly it was ~20% just a couple of years ago! Hmmm.)
These people never have enough for retirement or vacation. They work 2 or 3 jobs to barely make it. They become saddled with high specialty medical bills especially in retirement when social security supplies just a few hundred dollars a month.
As a result, they put huge pressure on their offspring to succeed!
If they lose their job – it’s hard to get another one – unless it’s even lower. Faced with expenses from an accident, illness, or injury – they are easily bankrupt. If that doesn’t go according to plan – check out the suicide statistics.
Addictions, crime, and homelessness are common in such collectives and families.

Instead of easily available retraining programs, the suck kingdom invests in its police force and prisons. Even small counties have S.W.A.T. teams which can be deployed with a prank call. Weaponry is available from army as it gets rid of outdated technology to update with “newer and better” killing mechanisms.
And forget about justice – unless you’re part of a successful class-action lawsuit, unless you’re in the top 10%, you’ll go broke and your reputation will be marred if you’re wo(e)-man or minority. As far as ‘a counsel will be appointed’, this relates only to criminal cases – and only for the defendant – not for the plaintiff.
Regular police officers make ~$35 an hour – which given the stress of the job, really isn’t much. After all, they can get shot; good thing he’s often married to a nurse making the same. Then, when he’s wounded, she does her job and takes care of him.
(According to Salary.com, S.W.A.T. team members actually earn ~$15 dollars an hour for a starting salary; EMTs $23 in Washington state -where the minimum wage is $15 dollars an hour.)
While the souk kingdom is not nearly so wealthy, it’s not nearly so poor either. Everyone has enough mostly because people have dignity and believe in themselves. They know they have worth.
They also don’t keep pushing themselves when they’re fatigued already. As a result, they’re fewer avoidable injuries and less burn-out (as well as much less “self-soothing”).
The souk economy is based on needs and wants. Even in meager times, there is always food (at least some version of 3 sisters) and shelter- even if it’s a simple “manger” with cold-water shower.
Conversely, the suck kingdoms are based on fighting war and fomenting hatreds. There is constant focus on “bad actors” (other befoibled hu(e)-mens who’ve ~given up and gone rogue). This leads to chronic illness and depletion.
People must tend to their healing after they’ve spewed hatred themselves.
In the suck kingdom, earth and Her creatures are brutally’ harvested’ for narrow specific purposes. There is little (or no) sense of joy or gratitude.
Because food is commonly used more for comfort, distraction, and status, it is cheap panacea.
It is also often highly processed by multiple hands as well as cutting, grinding, and pressing machines.
As crops are touched by slashing harvester’s knives it picks up the frequency of energetic violence whether its by machine or ~dulled migrant worker. That’s usually after being burned with chemicals.
Food is so parsed, minced, and incorporated with fillers, its individual waveform’s uniqueness is greatly diluted. Food is overlaid with these other “frequencies” in addition to the fact that the land itself is already exhausted.
In order to be palatable (and mask it’s listlessness) dishes skew to highly sweet, salty or pungent instead of fresh and savory. The former aren’t at all healthy.
Chemical signatures are found on all restaurant food and most groceries. Add that to Gordon Ramsey-type chef personalities, you’re really eating unwholesome garbage whenever you go out. Don’t f*cking kid yourself!
These a corpus must learn to digest and detoxify. Then oops, nonstop detoxing pressure can lead to mutations and early cell death- or other autonomous behavior as a “non-foods” unusable by-products build up.
Unless you’re super wealthy of course -then everything’s organic and you own your own farms! Even then though, workers are treated relatively poorly and chefs endure immense pressure as they’re paid to be perfectionists. The favorite spice for the ultra-wealthy is, luckily, salt; no wonder it’s bland.
Because so many of the suck kingdom’s inhabitants – ruler and ruled alike, take multiple “medications” and “supplements”, including caffeine and alcohol, their body’s health is misaligned.
Microbiomes are skewed. As they specialize and narrow their dietary preferences they lose “diversity”. Diversity is a hallmark of a healthy microbiome (and world).
With a diet of supplemented antioxidants, their own shut down.
Unmasked, they spew out all kinds of unhealthy bacteria -which I don’t want to breathe! So, I wear them in my suck kingdom’s public spaces.
Even though wearing a mask might protect me from their garbage biome, they’ve little to say anyway that’s intelligent.
After all their vocabularies, especially men’s, are extremely narrow and given to jargon.

In otherwise so-called “healthy” suck kingdom collectives (aka “nuclear families”), traditional “mom” is the first to break down since she lives her life for her nest.
This affects both working moms and “traditional” wives. Once her children grow up and depart – she has a huge void in her life. She, like her spouse, is rewarded for loyalty –as she appeases external entities of reality to reassure her worthiness.
Her sense of “devotion”, a neuro-endocrine state, is amplified and honed to the nth degree by her milieu of moms before her.
Without vesicle release, inner pressures build up – then her soma clamors, nay demands, for new things to focus on – besides what she’s already mastered.
As her body transitions with perimenopause, she gets to go to more and more “doctors” to get relief from her “symptoms”; she might even take more specially compounded supplements. She becomes an insomniac. Still, she doesn’t feel better as her physical reality seems pretty pointless – and it is I’m very sorry to say, at least until now.
Those with especially high-maintenance personalities, brought up to be little princesses then queens, might even get “cancers”.
This ensures frequent visits with an entourage who dote and care for her as they meet her every whim. Comforting her as she pukes and her hair falls out, they rub her back. She might even get to have a private nurse! Then everyone gets to pussyfoot around her.
As such, she’s of little ‘use’ to hubby. But it’s worth it to receive all the continuous words of encouragement from those who’ve got more power than she. You know, the ones who stand around her while she’s recumbent.
Good thing she bought all of Medicare’s arcane “parts”- that is, if she and her hubby can afford them all. Otherwise it’s “Go Fund Me”.
She has no “souk kingdom health center” to go to for reassurance and empowerment as she transitions from fashion maven to lined hag with whiskers frightened by her own visage in the mirror!
While I live today in the biggest suck kingdom by GDP, I stay off the red carpets (not that I’d ever be invited) as I don’t want blood on my feet.
While you may think I’m exaggerating, the numbers bear me out. The U.S.A. (along with China, Saudi Arabia, and the rest of the Middle East) can do better than just suck.
