The following is a guided introduction for meeting your inner K’ing and Que’en. You can think of the K’ing and Que’en as the perspective of their experience from each brain hemisphere projecting their idea of our whole.

Imagine,

‘You’re sitting in a huge theater facing a stage with heavy velvet curtains.

The lights are dimming. Hush descends even in the Orchestral pit – emanating quiet string music.

You are the only one in a seat. The rest are empty. You get to sit wherever you want. This is your private showing.

The drapes are closed. Notes of lovely tones fill the air as you get seated and comfortable.

*Pause

Slowly the drapes part. The stage is shrouded in darkness.

You find a remote control next to you. When you press it, a spotlight shines on one monarch.

The other remains a mystery.

Notice the glow in their eyes and smile.

They’re really happy you’re here!

What do they look like? What are they wearing? How are they positioned? Are they sitting and/or standing? Are they touching anything?

What is their age?

*Pause

After you’ve noticed this, notice the “throne” they’re sitting on; describe it. Is it simple, or ornate?

After you’ve explored the stage s/he is on, notice the door to the side behind them. Do you see its details? If it’s a little fuzzy, you’ll clarify this later. Each dignitary has their own entrance. The one remaining shrouded will join you later.

The door opens automatically -just by pushing a button.

Before you go through, check out the beautiful scroll hanging on the wall. It has some writing on it – is there a message?

Notice how s/he treats YOU like royalty as you enter their world directly.

After all you’re both K’ing and Que’en, which is also your Ka’ching and ‘what’ self working together. The latter queues lines and decides priorities.

As you enter, notice you’re lovingly escorted with each one’s hands guiding your elbows.Let them stay – for now. Invite them further.

Upon entering what do you see first? This is your chosen liege’s domain. Breathe it all in. Notice what delights. What is special? This is what you’re in most alignment.

Do you see your castle? Is it near or far? What does it look like? Is the fireplace working?

Enter the grand hallway – which never feels crowded, even when filled with people, but can feel quite chilly nonetheless.

Your seat is elevated.  People come to see you enthroned- you grant them your audience.

Are there any other details of your floor, walls, or ceiling?

Are there any other beings? What are they doing?

Leading away from the central areas are long corridors each beckoning your to explore them. Each with its own set of ‘rooms’. Feel free to go and visit one or more of them.

Now, let’s visit the sleeping areas.

Finally you get to where it is quiet – away from any din. This is where your divinity rests and is restored.

Just being there brings a sense of comfortable sleepiness. Notice the colors are muted and soft forms. It looks inviting. Nothing but the bed catches your eye which is very appealing right now.

Here is where both ‘live’ – though they l’ove to come out and visit “our world” – we channel them with our affect and attitude.

In the castle is a turret which looks out over the land – from it we can see 360 degrees. We must climb stairs to get there- if we want the view. Some are quite steep but get lighter as you near the top.

That’s an effect of gravity and shedding.

When you get there it’s worth it for the view alone but there’s another corner you must not miss!

In our Divinity’s holy ‘home’, there’s an altar of white light.

Mine has white birds emanating from it. Where they’re going I can’t tell- because I do not know.

You can leave all your cares there – in his glowing palms.

And in them find a note for your special ‘medicine’. Would you like to leave something too?

You can light a candle if you wish.

When you want to descend, there’s a tube you can take which like a pneumatic container zip you wherever you want to go. You can even take it next time to come back.

And can always come for a longer visit. Meanwhile keep your sovereign beings by your side.

Why not go out and meet your gardens- and see what is growing?

And with a press of a button or perhaps by verbal command, you’re there.

What season is it? Notice any particulars.

Is your garden flourishing? Does it need weeding? Would you like to plant or sow anything while you’re here?

Thank yourself for taking this time and effort to meet your sovereign dignity’s world; is there anything else you’d like to do?

In this world of course is your “other half”. They have an entirely different world – even though on the surface it looks ~the same.

Now it’s time to meet theirs. Their world and perception of reality is through their cultivated perspective. You might need to back track to experience it.

Theirs is near the door you entered– opening to vision of your palace from your chosen dignity’s eyes – not the others – unless you go all the way out again.

As you head towards it, notice if anything is different.

Before you leave check out the door – notice how it reflects the decor- not the one of the other.

Is it big and bold, or diminutive and subdued?

Open it now, you’ll be in your ‘other’s’ world- symbolically projected from the first’s point of view.

Notice how it’s shaped and developed.

Is it childlike – or does it have definition? It there one that stands out more than another? Does it look like what you expected?

How does this reflect in your sovereign’s demeanor?

This is the area you’ll attend to most as you bring yourself into balance to (re-)gain your brilliant waveform-it’s the one you’re least familiar with.

Visit again coming back into the audience from the street. Choose the ‘other’ dignitary.

Gain from both equally. Let them guide you as both will shift lightening as you come into your radiant persona of being.

There is no “higher” consciousness– you are that already – just haven’t (yet) consciously expanded into it.

Have faith you’ll get there – with humorous cajoling and paying rapt attention to what you literally want more of. Ignore what you don’t want.

Every “ouch” points the way – another wound to turn over into the palm of G-d (all of them) for healing.

If you already are the king, in this case you can be either – in the audience or the one on stage. Single out your audience member – shed yourself- dress modestly (like the mode of the population) and follow them around; live life in their shoes – as if you’re not noticed at all. Be humble.

You never know the fun you’d find in the most unexpected places unless you try it. And realize you’re (only) the half of the equation!’

At the end of your ‘journey’ sing your vowel sounds song and then your full name with consonants to imprint this into waking consciousness. 5,4,3,2,1 you’re wide awake and in your body. Go ahead and pat yourself all over. Grab a piece of mint leaf and chew on it.

Someday I’ll read this as a script – but it is better if you do.
