Vav/Vau ו is the 6th letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Vav/Vau ו is the shaped like lower case l (sans serif), with its head bowed. Vav/Vau ו means nail or tack in Hebrew.

You could describe Vav/Vau ו as your moon G-ddess self and our Divine Feminine.

VaV/Vau ו  is what Teth ט  wraps around to create Qoph’s ק  corpus.

Vav/Va ו  is in alignment with our source (code) think of Vav/Vau ו  as your + strand of 3D supercoiled DNA – waiting to be utilized.

AS such Vav/Vau ו is our l’ove body; it contains the codes for our mission in life.

Uned-uced, Vav/Vau ו  is a nescient being- constantly being reborn the same.

Vau ו is our quiet, whole, and receptive being, that is teachable and our wisdom self. Wisdom comes from witnessing.

 Emanating from Chokmah, Vau ו taps our consciousness with the actions and words of our life teachers (including doctors, parents, and now “news” media).

Those who impart to us personally, from their base of knowledge, reflecting what they have received. This will always be partial truths. Nonetheless, when the words or ideas ‘match’  what we’re (subconsciously)“looking for”, we get excited, consciously.

For the mind to be engaged, emotions must flow towards the thing to be “taught”-not away or on another subject. Only then can we focus. 

When Vav/Vau ו is on-line, we are in (harmonious) alignment with our collective and personal G-dhead.

Honoring attention spans, which lengthen when kids are in classes they like, lessons can be taught effectively.

Engaged, s/he can actively listen. 

Engaged, the soma self gets “turned on”, involved, and curious.  (Yes, this is a form of healthy “lust”.)

Engaged and listening, s/he collects and sorts the data s/he receives (in his/her subconscious soma). This digestion takes (more) quiet time.

To grow, we must be able listen, observe, and assimilate, during which time the heart is ~quiet. These are the hallmarks of learning.

With that, we are in a better position to receive our rewards. None of this is done with force or drugging.

To listen well (as in we’ll, or “we will”), you need heart’s involvement (Yod י ) beyond being willing- activating Teth’s ט path ( Teth ט is entity of unformed spirit, the “lust” card in Tarot).

 Yod’s י energy (which path does inform the heart) is borne by the Hermit Virgoan, the one who stays true to form- so is authentic. As bearer of Chesed’s ‘message’, Yod י speaks directly to the heart. Yod י bears the hand of G-d. He reaches us with a finger.

For Yod י to have a chance, we must learn to be quiet. It would probably be a good idea to teach comfortable “sitting” (a version of meditation).

And yet, with time and Da’ath’s (Da’ath is raw ore of experiences from the universe- which continually bathes and pours out) prodding, our Vav/Vau ו changes epigenetically. Our DNA program’s expression modulates to the degree we shift internally (and then externally).

Man or woman, every hu(e)-man has Vav/Vau ו – as does every creature with mitochondria-so plants and animals too.

Vav/Vau ו receives all that is said or done to his/her corpus of self. Our Vau ו forms like a game of Telephone in slow motion, from our and others’ words. Everything said during our childhood is recorded; From that, Vav/Vau ו morphs into a form unrecognizable from what it once was.  

Bathed in Da’ath without discernment, we age, become wrinkled and greyed.

As long as we are of visible density, Vav/Vau ו reflects, but doesn’t project, our sum self of dualism and duality. (To project, we use Zayin   ז -our Yang energy).

Vav/Vau ו forms from the wishes we, and our teachers, cast with spells – from hearing words spoken out loud – including the ones with “not” in front of them.

With his/her own Ayin ע / Aleph א , sandwiched between V’s, Vav/Vau ו is embodied in a place of locality. S/he can ‘see’ opportunities (and traps) when they arise.

Emanating from Chokmah (= infinite potential of the near zodiac), Vav/Vau ו is activated by Aleph’s א breath (and Ayin’s ע focus). Kabbalistically, Vav/Vau’s ו path is that of the heirophant- student receiving from a bestowing teacher and vice-versa.

Moon-like, Vav/Vau ו reflects Alpha’s light to and for him.  Vau ו is our “Beta” self, if you will.

So as the second in charge and supportive, it makes sense, Vav/Vau ו  is ~the energy of our left non-dominant hand.

Until we break our mold and stop repeating things we wish were otherwise, and begin to use words consciously, our Vav/Vaus ו develops like an endless mirror of our past lives in reflection. Speaking to our past, we aren’t aimed on our future.

From quantum universe’s perspective, energy morphing is simultaneous- even if it feels sequential to those experiencing it subject to the illusion of time. We must learn to be patient.

Reflective, Vav/Vau ו has qualities of our moon wedded with Mercury – as Vav/Vau ו is flexible and changeable.

Our Vav/Vau ו self is sexless but gets stirred up or tamped down- by others nearby.

 Stirring creates passion and later actions. Tamping down creates wounds and blocks. Thus, our Vav/Vau ו can become hot or cold. 

*

Vav/Vau ו is cleaved to Zayin ז , according to their mutual and reciprocal commitment (which is Cheth’s ח path on the pillar of form).

When Vav ו interacts, it’s to say “yes, sir”, “no sir”- so Zayin ז can get his way. Vau ו paves the way for Zayin’s ז actions by being complicit. These aren’t necessarily of l’ove, but reflect it.

 Our blueprint of self is based on l’ove- as I mentioned it evolves epigenetically. When Vav/Vau ו re-alizes this, s/he wakes up. Another veil of confusion strips away and yes, can feel apocalyptic (because it is).

AS a dimension of consciousness, and one of many Kabbalistic intelligences, Vav/Vau ו provides everything to support Zayin ז – unconditionally.

Faithful like a dog with it’s master, Vav/Vau ו  supports until becomes out of elemental alignment – then will start to break apart and fail.

Honed, Vav/Vau ו ~carries on the Alpha’s ‘job’ with or without him- using her now-skilled intelligence.

 To do this, Vau ו must want to learn well. When a being has skillful teachers, we grow by their mutual respect. By keeping busy, we balance in a world that can be topsy-turvy.

With Vav/Vau’s ו assistance, Zayin ז is held firmly and is shiny.

When we subconsciously engage, Vau ו our inner self wants to be lead and to feel se’ cure [ Se-cure = self-curing] ; to be complete without needing to do (anything).

For some, it seems in this reincarnation this is their goal – to be l’oved and cared for unconditionally.   Witness the realms of invalid dependents that give this idea testimony- at least in the U.S.A. There are many who rarely get out of bed and yet get fed. Some might include me since I’m retired living off my Social Security (and a bit more).

Vav/Vau ו utilizes Chokmah’s wisdoms and teachings to the best of his/her ability at the time.  His/her energy is modulated epigenetically by his/her ongoing immersive environment.

Born into a family, a collective of emotionally-committed individuals (even for the single mom), Vav/Vau’s ו energy is a continuation of the one in utero, until it isn’t- until the family breaks, or she/he goes to school.

*

Then s/he is thrust into an environment full of strangers- which to many children seems frightening. Or like punishment – when parents badmouth teachers and talk smack about it. (I mean, why send them then?! This is the height of hypocrisy – and does nothing to instill confidence.)

*

I’d wager it is more destructive to self-esteem to send a child to school a parent doesn’t believe in – adding punishment on top of the corpus’s experience of rejection, than to keep them home-schooled.

To the child’s soma the initial separation feels the same; change feels devastating (taking away the child’s sense of vastness)- so they enter the experience feeling very vulnerable.

Epigenetics are turned on and off by emotions- such that immune reactivity is more sensitive (and unstable) with decreases in serotonin levels.

Being in supporting and supportive community helps immunity stabilize. (This is my channeled awareness- you’ll see results published in a few years-when they start studying rat susceptibilities change from being taken away from their nest’s collectives.)

Without teachers, Vav/Vau ו  is formlessly emotional and Zayin ז  is undiscerning.

Vav/Vai ו  cannot be rational and is unable to think or listen,  until s/he  sits quietly out of rapt engagement. 

Then his/her silent corpus is byproduct; it only looks like obedience. (Obedience is the illusion an insecure Zayin ז craves.)

If you want a student’s attention, your content must be attractive and resonant to them. 

Surroundings must support eye rest and harmonious behavior instead of walls plastered with countless distractions.

If you’re trying to think globally – put out a globe with flags on it designating lineages of the classroom. Even those who look the same – will come from an array of places.

Included, Vav/Vau ו can then settle down more quickly, after coming in from his/her other world(s).

Starting and ending a class with a little ritual too is especially helpful. With that, the soma body will become present much more easily. This ritual could be as simple as clapping three times or tapping on a simple instrument. It would be nicer if everyone can participate.

As Vav/Vau ו  is the student – also “stew-dent” ~participating in intense curricula are like biting  stew- giving unrelated information in huge bites.  School would be more easily digested, if one were to take it in soup spoons.

 As schools today stuff subjects down our throats – rushing children between classes and then for too many hours, there is no coherency from one class to the next.  Teachers don’t consider how it might digest together.

Soma must split his/her teacher’s conceptual entities into what’s relevant and to be used or discarded and shed.

At least until now, at the time of especially High School graduation, his/her skills look and are mishmash, abstract and un-useful. S/he has not honed much useful Zayin ז .

 And yet, stuck in his/her hall of mirrors, une-duced Vav/Vau ו  uses his/her hands at another’s beck and call- without skin in the game or heart involved.

For this reason, Vav/Vau ו wears no crown. While no coward, s/he’s not courageous either.

As Vav/Vau ו complies- flows and bends, his/her reactive Zayin ז actions set in motion new realities for his/her creator G-d self of Tiphereth.

Tiphereth (our beautiful and valuable self) with Ayin ע (eyes with fovea, sees what we want/don’t want), describe the process of our wish’s creation-how it is we focus as we embody our personal dreams and mission.

This is the I AM (solar plexus) intelligence ‘speaking’  to him/ her’s IAM (heart center).

Until then, S/he is faithful to his/her DNA template and responding as s/he has been honed – by others whom she’s observed.

Promoted and used by the “right people”, s/he might not even need to speak to be famously successful. If blessed early in life with show stopping looks for example, s/he may not learn new tools. 

But because looks fade and physical prowess is inconstant with age, it’s important to have a community source for ongoing useful education- a place to come back to and gain new expertise.

While Vau ו  is shaped like an elongated Yod י, as I have suggested, the kabalistic path of Vav/Vau ו doesn’t  connect with heartspace Tipheret.

 S/he can go through motions quite convincingly- as long as s/he does it one time for real – or witnesses in another.  S/he even learns how to fake it in utero when a harried (stressed with cortisol) mom “makes time” for someone who isn’t helpful or whom she doesn’t like. Vav/Vau ו can learn co-dependency.

With skill, confidence and maturity, Vav/Vau ו chooses his/her engagements more wisely; Vav/Vau ו stops following Ayin’s ע willy-nilly shiny objects, and ignores Aleph’s א persistent breathing (and attention-seeking utterances).

Though she looks attentive, (AKA “obedient”), Vav/Vau ו may or may not be listening. S/he learns to get what s/he wants- without using Zayin’s ז we-a-pons- or we-ap(p)- on, especially if s/he’s been so acculturated. For more info on this, check out my Zayin ז essay (s).

With wisdom, s/he learns to minimize contacts with those who are disruptive – Instead s/he’ll go busy him/herself in the kitchen or pull weeds in the yard.
