On the tree of life or Kabbalah, Zayin’s ז multidimensional [2] path leads between Binah[3] and Tipheret’s heart center.
This path bears inklings to the heart as Binah is “dense” part of the the Supernals.

Binah’s energy is formative – which means there is ~surface and non-surface, in and out, up and down, back and front- elements of form in time and gravity. Binah crystallizes from Dalet, Chokmah’s channel, using Beis’ magician’s tools. For that we must be willing.

Zayin’s path is also depicted by the Gemini Lover’s card in Tarot- as Binah represents Gaia’s resource(s) and unbirthed possibility- ‘she’ needs the “Magician” (Beis) to select from His world.

On the body, Zayin’s ז path directly connects our eardrum to our heart via the mesoderm. This is embryologic. Our heart responds first to vibrations and undertones- milliseconds before we cognitively understand actual words or actions.

Vibrations of words and their undertones are perceived by the heart ‘s body directly- specifically the pars Christae (part of Christ heart AKA the Christae terminalis).

Whether spoken by us or to us, words’ vibrations and intonation impact on our eardrums- and skull bones. So directly ‘heard’ by our heart- as well as the head, in addition to the ‘kin’ in front of us- resonating between and through chests.

(Hearing underneath the words is also true of those in states or version of “coma”- who’ve lost higher cortical function and language interpretation, or have become otherwise more like living body form than hu(e)-man as we define them.

Such as ones you might perceive as “not thriving” or who aren’t as “woke” or “evolved” as you.

So be extra kind when you’re speaking in front of one who you think is “out of it”; put yourself in their shoes. Their brains might not be working or be able to sift words, but their heart will certainly “hear” you.)
For this reason, using words as a we-ap(p) on, (putting one’s “we app” on) to mutually enhance, affect both giver and receiver.

When a singularity engages emotionally, mentally and spiritually, energies reciprocally shift between each Sephiroth as we are in a sort of constant dynamic equilibrium. When our consciousness is put off balance by Da’ath’s (unexpected) singularity, we can experience a crisis.

Generally this crisis puts into question (or decimates) a set of underlying assumptions (often about a form- what a thing is supposed to be like or how it’s “supposed” to feel).

Our pillars, and ongoing DNA/RNA templates, are shaken. WE feel confused.

Then, the Sephiroth most affected by Da’aths singularity of entity, must reorganize to come back into function.

Our Tiphereth heart must recenter, reground, and become whole again- before it can reopen.

With that singularity, this entity has changed the Sephiroth’s density- and our merkaba.

Depending on ‘where they are’, the most affected Sephira gives and takes from its immediate neighbors. The most naturally immediate neighbors feel a change ‘first’. *

[ The four worlds to manifestation are (as taught by the mystery school I attended)- Idea (Aziluth), Thought (Briah), Plan (Yeztirah), and Action (Assiah). As each Adam Kadmon self is a vessel of G-d, every hu(e)-man and mitochondrial waveform as manifest being able to move matter, has every Sephiroth and every path. Each Sephiroth is connected at some level of manifestation (otherwise we wouldn’t be conscious).

I include plants as having a version of consciousness because 1) they have receptors when, when stimulated, force them to change transcribed DNA template, 2) mechanoreceptors transmit waves of percussion and sound- enhancing their growth or creating recoil, 3) they are responsive to a gentle waveform- with kindness their ‘fruit’ sweetens. (Naturally this goes for animals too.) 4) they can ‘see’ light.

As a Sephiroth and paths leading to and from it become more “prominent”, it becomes more easily accessible. At the very least, we hu(e)-mans all have Sephiroths and paths at “Idea” level.

(Neurologically paths used often are made more efficient by their myelin sheaths. Otherwise a signal moves slowly and dissipates rapidly. Think of an individual Sephirah as a nest of neuron cell bodies waiting to be educed.)

Some of us have well developed Sephirah – neuron cell bodies in big nests of similar cells, ready and wired to do a job, others are miniscule. LIkewise, some paths in density like the brain, are extremely well insulated, others are in development phases.]

As one thing shifts, so does the whole of one’s being, eventually. Though we experience this shift as time dependent- in a solar days or lunar months before it is at new place of equilibrium, change happens to the entire organism ~instantaneously.

We aren’t generally conscious (without long quiet meditations or psychedelics) of the “idea” phase at all.
As our metaphysical eyes open by as previously UN-stimulated receptor becomes energized, shifts can be gradual as beliefs disintegrate, or feel sudden and catastrophic.

While in denial, as our conscious brain is last to accept facts, we might feel disbelieving of our new reality.

When change hits its spot, convoluted and seemingly random thoughts with their associated bee-leafs, are stirred up, untangled, dissolved, and released. Then a new tapestry can form.

When an unknown being is opposite you, they are a complete stranger (as we know by seeing all the actors with two (or more) faced personalities).

A part of you is (rightfully) wary; it is perfectly reasonable to approach an unknown entity as a “frenemy”, especially if they’re ”odd” to you or your not seemingly your kin(d).

At least until now, being wary is self-preserving behavior.

*
Recall the heart chakra is the largest energy emitter in a body with a field that can be palpated ~4 feet in front of a body from it’s radiated electrical activity. This is registered subconsciously by others around us.

*
It is not rare for me to perceive a strong tingling -in my chest, when speaking to another person face to face. I don’t need to ‘see’ them; the tingling is generated from listening. Being that sensitive has its drawbacks!
*
Unless visibly disadvantaged or otherwise seems to pose no threat or possibility of harming, from soma’s perspective, with unknown others, we’re “walking on eggshells”. Our defenses are up.
*
This is not an optimal learning mode for open-ended constructive conversation for the one at disadvantage. Which is why we it’s nice to break the ice with small talk while we can gauge one another.

*

With this new entity, we are in uncharted territory. Depending on our state, we might respond with primal defense- even when we don’t really need to- especially if one’s been trained a certain way by one’s emotional (physical, mental, and spiritual) collective.

Our responses to others used to be strictly lineage and family-derived, but now we must include the internet.

*
In a state of not knowing the “other”, we are honed to the moment by our senses; our known and practiced inner tools sharpen. These we’ve learned from lineage and schools.

What response comes out first reflects your moon sign. With Virgo moon, I’m a natural healer and critic. While I “wish” it were Libra – more balanced, I can be very one-sided as I critique you in my projection of self.

*
When there are two beings together, we autonomically gauge ourselves in the context of other. This is for the most part subconscious, although now there are courses you can take like “how to read body language”. For some of us this is our default- we are already exquisitely sensitive. Read my synesthesia essay here:

Depending on who is technically the “alpha”, (which I define as the one who more naturally holds it together and is clear-headed, so less-emotional, and has the lowest heart rate) over a wider sort of conditions). He/she is the natural leader.

Otherwise we ‘choose’ the one who’s most outgoing and has the best sense of humor which is often typical of outgoing fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius).

*

The other one, not as “alpha”, feels the “A(h)”) of being near him/her.

He/she, will subconsciously retract submissively though may not look it- especially if the roles are reversed- such as a situation with a female or younger boss (the one in power) interviewing or managing someone older with lots of experience. (the latter, though they might feel like it, is not in a dominant position).

With primal defenses raised, which is what happens when we retract in submission, there’s opportunity for fear aggression, just like in dogs (and other dependably loyal creatures).

If the “Alpha” is accustomed to using Zayin successfully, s/he might instinctively use their natural dominance to make another to become more docile and kowtowing. With that, they will have their dominance affirmed. Until witnessed, seen by a third party, this dance is subconscious.

*
While this is an ‘ab-use’ of power – using ‘muscles’ with force on another (get it? – “ab use” = doing crunches, and twists create confusion and feel bullying), we ARE letting ourselves be used. This is a choice; it takes two to dance.

*

Were our self-esteem to be inherently honored – such as by having created evidence of our expertise, rather than have been issued report cards, we would “know” we are worth something, and not be so easily manipulated.

AS we stand by our works, self-esteem is affirmed. Everyone gains their own version of self esteem- not just a select few. Then, their pulse (and blood pressure) will be lowered in a particular situation.

May there will be a time when even the “Alpha” becomes more docile and “Betas” less so. Then tables will be round not rectangular.

This is a good thing – we need to be in balance with our collective! It’s good to reap what you sow! Being soft is not equal to being weak.

*[ Weakness – one is weak when out of their element. Then they believe they don’t have necessary tools to manifest a thing. They need a teacher.

Weakness also reflects a fear of time =week-ness, thinking about the weeks flying by without apparent progress (usually a mother will bring this to our attention). Don’t worry you do have plenty of it. WE all get enough time to complete our mission in life (and receive all the l’ove we need).

If you feel weak about a thing, or someone exerts dominance over, not with you, this is your “wake up” call that a new teacher is on the way.])

Educed, as is our creator G-d self’s birthright, one can use Zayin as we-ap(p)- on and use our “We app” to create with others.
*
Wielding with two hands rather than one (your dominant), means you’re ‘all on board’ with your decisions, both your left and right sides. You are focused. Being skillful with Zayin allows us to navigate life Aikido style- by surfing and slicing; and gracefully dodging when necessary.

As our sun self, our fractal of G-d, begins to shine, we’ll gain more confidence. We learn to sidestep land mines more gracefully. We can listen to other’s more discerningly, and learn to cultivate witness- listening without judgment.
*
AS creator, guided by Mercury’s coordination, you work with both hands and ten fingers doing whatever it is you l’ove doing for tangible gain. Then you’re engaged with your own light amongst a supportive collective.

**
Besides tools and props, Zayin is our use of speech and words to get our wants and needs fulfilled. Done well, we mutually support our blooming. Interactions are win-win.

Like the Sephiroths in an individual being stirred to eventually recreate a whole corpus, it is the same with two beings. As a singularity of entities is shared, both giver and receiver are shifted into new realities.
*
According to Dale Carnegie, who wrote, “How to Win Friends and Influence People”, which used to be required text in many business programs, men are trained to use their powers of persuasion to avoid receiving any kind of “no” answer.

*
This is taught to young men so they learn to phrase things in a way the other can’t easily get out of.

They learn to to elicit emotional reactions that they want to experience.

This is the definition of emotional manipulation.

For Dale’s graduates from business and management schools, the ones ‘given’ the upper hand by their now trained and natural dominance, don’t let go until they get a version of “yes”.

~Sixty years later, so two generations, this approach been implemented to such a degree, saying “no” in any sense sets non-dominant people on a huge guilt trip of self-doubt and recrimination.

I wonder if this has anything to do with why women can’t say “no” clearly? (until now)

*

In fact, phrasing things so you can get a “yes”, is a good strategy to keep your “vibration” up. As you go your way, even after you’ve been ‘declined’ or the other party is seemingly unwilling to go along with you. No wonder successful (upbeat) individuals try to leave with a “yes” if possible.

*
And you will too feel so much better! Even if you didn’t get the deal or outcome you wished for, be gracious. Perhaps agree on the present weather- or that there is a door in front of you from which you may exit.
*
With deft navigation, and fewer karma engagements (sticky words), less time taken up for making up from a past experience- there’s more free time (=freedom).

******

If you get a sensation of stuckness- that’s Saturn exerting against a fallacy. Something’s out of your highest alignment. Then you’ll (need to) take time to slow down to reflect and rededicate your heart’s desires. (Thank goodness for retrograde Mercury transits – they always help to shift our honing- and honey we’re creating.)

*
Being known for what you love to do is especially long lasting. Never mind being a celluloid hero-though you might be that too! Your status is the reputation you earn. It describes what you have done.

Honed well, we bring value to others in our collective- including our bosses. Our status is how a higher crafted self witnesses you, then judges, and finally rewards with pay.

*
So while it’s important to project how you want to be seen – which most advice columns presently focus on, your words and works are more important. Everything else is fluff.

*
When you flesh out your ideals with rigorous higher ed and advanced education, you become more real – (and usually gain real estate! )
*
Using Zayin to cut away from our destiny’s path (covered with karmic goo, bee-leafs, and unnecessary attachments), we remove confusion (veils) and create a clearer reality. We individuate. We blossom.

*

Using Will’s intelligence to work and solve a “problem” with our props, we are co-creative (or obviously, destructive- the way Zayin ז can also be used).

****
When heart senses a need or want, or not need/ not want, from something heard, seen, touched or smelled, we might use Zayin ז. to go, get, do, and take from the cookie jar.

As ‘eye’s inform to discern persons, places, and resources as opportunity, our “I” self is activated. We might start planning – ideas have become thoughts rounded into sentences. Planning is called the Yetziratic stage of manifestation.

*
That is at both solar plexus “I AM” level and from heart’s IAM or “yam” self flagging an entity as important. (Yam is a Sanskrit Bijj seed word for our heart energy.)

****
You know the adage, “united we stand divided we fall”? Standing tall we are most productive; standing tall we access our creator king-self more easily. The more we model good posture, the more others will too. And it helps to smile.

Sometimes a smile is so unexpected – it puts everyone off track.

This could help a whole collective feel better about themselves- and get them off their couch!

And as we gain extroversion and feel even better, we’ll loosen our purse strings. Increase our personal sense of flow – by giving monies when someone gives to us. Even if it’s just a good tip, you’re telling the universe you’ve getting enough to reward others- unconditionally.

Soma is reassured- despite words and thoughts to the contrary, we do have enough.

So any process leading to unity, commerce, and supporting those possibilities- ultimately benefits the collective- each and all of us.
