Dear Sir/ Madam of the AAAAI,

I am resigning from the AAAAI and no longer wish to receive the JACI as I am completely retired from medicine and its version of “healing” no longer resonates with me in any way.

May it be so you one day we as a collective understand the power of our words – how they program and create possibility.  Did you know by naming something, such as a dis-ease or side effect, the body focuses on looking for it?

With that, our focus shifts from one’s outer world to the inner (or if you’re a parent,  – to focus on a particular child’s safety and health) – and all the symptoms we or they, may or may not suffer.

Experiencing a symptom or discomfort is from an organ’s set of signals; suffering is our mind’s worries and f’ears.

(F’ears are Peh’s פ ears- pronounced as “f” not “p”, without G-d’s dot- and not percussive so isn’t imprinting on the soma. Peh without G-d’s dot, are energetic entities named and purified now floating around in one’s local consciousness – of every sight smell and sound, ever witnessed, savored, or hidden from. I’m adding this now.)

Traditional caregivers, such as doctors and nurses, assume our compliance with their judgments. We know what happens when we disagree with their judgment” – they get the courts and even higher “powers” like judges and police involved.

As we can’t hold and be in two different hormonal states at once, fear and contentment, and the one we are in most often is facilitated by neuroplasticity (yes, we can all learn- even as elders), we lose opportunities to focus on those things that bring us joy and value.

With time we become eroded from our goals and dreams; instead focus on what we cannot apparently change. This is an extreme version of codependency. People who are sick, can (and do) heal themselves by how we inspire them to once again become co-creators.

What if instead we accept the multi-disciplinary understanding of science and mathematics – that we are the summation of our environments -as our spirit and soul interacts with it? Then how can feeding oneself a diet of (especially negative) judgment be helpful?

For example, when you “measure” me with my vital signs, they are true only in that moment. I could go outside see a dear friend and everything would change again my pulse might slow and pressure too.

Besides, subconsciously my soma self IS a people pleaser – wants to please those with more power- and be around them- whatever it takes. That someone with more power should focus on lowly me – is a huge compliment and can make me feel better. With that I’ll get sick more often.

Our western culture is such that we let our media, teachers, and doctors create for us- forming us by each title and diagnosis, instead of encouraging us to focus on our gifts. Never mind until now docs ignore the contribution of diet and what we do is what shapes us.

This perpetuates extremely limiting beliefs stemming from one’s personal ancestral lineage.

A healthy hu(e)-man, needs to be educed, not stuck into a silo of labels and titles.

(I refer to humans as hu(e)-mans since really our “color” is an illusion. As  hu(e)-mans in form, we are probabilistic electron clouds reflecting our mitochondria’s density- light body self is both radiating and reflecting  at our interfaces at all times. If you took our skin off there would be a white body of fascia underneath. We would be ~identical shaped differently by our trades.)

Similarly we have learned over the last many years, men and women are themselves quite individual – lumping us into one category or another based on whether we can menstruate or not creates stigmas and stereotypes.

The “patient” always needs us at one point or another, doctors become patients and vice-versa, so medicine will always be necessary. We will always need our healers. So don’t fear change, embrace it.

As more folks come into awareness of the power of environment and words, medicine as a practice will transform. What isn’t helpful (drugs and diagnoses of I’ll-ess (“I will”(get more attention) rather than “we will”)) will be discontinued and released.

You’ll feel so much better and so will our patients!!!

Love and blessings,

Dr. Jen

PS If you want to feel better, try singing your given (or adopted) name’s vowels out loud lovingly. Eat with close friends only. Avoid food that has been mistreated – everything carries an energy signature!!! Time is an illusion; we age when our soma self gets fatigued from all the lies and broken promises.
