A good Muslim washes before their prayers. Five times a day, the hands, mouth, nose, face, arms, head with ears, and feet are all included. Sure sometimes they might be washed with a couple of drops of Holy Water, but the intention is the same.
I ask though, if you must do these things before G-d and your prayers, when in these hours between work, eating, and sleeping did you become sullied?
When your work with your hands is lead by your heart, then your hands are clean. What has dirtied your hands then, is that not Her gift to you? Did you take more than your share?
When you mouth is closed, you cannot lie. Further, G-d’s answers can’t be heard if you’re speaking or praying.
Words’ powers aren’t controllable. Is your mouth dirtied from speaking lies; or is somehow your ‘food’ unclean[1]?
Is your nose pointed towards sex and power, smelling life with lust? Or is it filled with flowers, perfumes, and cooking aromas? May it be the will of G-d to give them to us; they are our birthrights – when He chooses to grant them.
When your face brightens by another’s presence, you become your most beautiful. Then your flaws are minimized; a baby’s smile is most welcome. Facing others with G-d in your heart, is not your face beaming seeing Him in them?
Your arms, right and left, create your works, as well as give and take. Are your actions so out of balance that one side or both, got touched by karma- in just those few hours?!
When your company is clear, wise, and calm, are you not in alignment with Allah (the One and Only)? How can your thoughts, words, and deeds still mislead or lack in integrity? I’m just asking. The Laws of reciprocity apply to everybody (like it or not); to each of us comes Judgment.
Lastly, where do you go where your feet get dirty? Are you not on a path that is light and holy? or have you made steps from fear, else by another chosen?
As there is G-d in everything, being and non-, our paths are under-lit. May we all praise to G-d Almighty when we lift our purest hearts toward Him around us. Amen.
…and now, it is I who must clean! (as I must take my advice!)

I was singing Alleluiah for quite a long time this morning, and with some resonance. Though my voice is no longer strong. It really felt quite lovely and was an excellent aerobic exercise!
There is much beauty in living human song, and we have forgotten it- at least until now. Public singing would be so lovely if we ever did it again- like caroling.Just the other day a woman walked by my house singing lovely hymns. What a blessing for me to hear! A song is a prayer.
G-d is strengthened in our hearts, when we listen to Him in all His forms. Then our fortitude returns – and not just need be in the shower.
PS. Our nervous system may become ‘damaged’ with rapid imaging digital (pixilated) exposures- be they audible or visual; our brains will likewise model. As organism and community, united (in integrity) we stand, divided we fall (the British and American method of dominating).

GMO food has been tortured at the seed level. Wheat in the U.S. is chemically burned to death before harvest- which is why they can put, “non-GMO” on the label.
Processing robs the food of nutrition. Dietary laws are for good reason!!!
