“Hey Doc, …You tell me what’s wrong!”

When I asked the man what brought me to sit in my exam room, men and only men (so far, in almost 30 years), would say that to me- more often than not. Wow.  Can you imagine, most women are loquacious as snot?[1]

Interesting people try so hard sometimes, not to give a single shit for their health. Why is that, do you suppose?

The one who tells me to divine them is pretty damn dependent. Really your psyche can tell you what ails yourself! Even if you don’t like it, listen. Ask (your inner) g-d for guidance, “with ease”, and wait.

It takes love and courage to peek inside our souls. When I first did it, it smelled swampy and foul. But from there in time, a temple garden and kingdom, was made! And when She, my Divine feminine, wakened, she needed a stronger mate.

So, ten years ago, she stifled her passions, hunkered down, and waited. While the contract ran its course, she weakened from boiling with a lid, her body became bloated, shiny and blistery.

Accepting to quantum jump, she was clawed open with a sharply placed talon. Forcing the being to spill her guts out. What is this raging anguish we release from our bodies?

Anguish from lineages suffering, not pain, is what gunks our hearts progressively.[2]

It is hard to stay alive, in a life without forgiveness.

Hatreds bitter the face, and

In the end cripple us.

Yet You, even you, are loved by someone!

Or else you’d never have lived through it and feel your spirit’s a smothered (until now, that is).

With that somebody, those two humans in proximity, their chakras resonate. The minimum is two beings-to witness one another.

When one sweetens the other, drops of love in the sea,

being with that someone, or thing with anime, reminds our ojas to ring- even if just a little bit.  It can take even just one chakra to flicker with hope rekindled.

We might even become a little bit curiousas our attentions entwine.

A business transaction, sense of care and concern, being thrilled by new ideas, can sneakily warm our hearts and brings feelingsinto form and be like a monster, wanting even more[3]

These processes, when two as one bind together, the little sparks weave gold from our hearts and become threads, then fabrics; become raiment’s protections to fashion us (with our entities in our mind).

And along with the gold, some intentions and means, two can be productive- enhancing their chances at schemes. That is one of our birthrights; you can’t damn it.

Over time of course, these threads become thick, frayed, brittle and sticky. A caramel of sorts forms energetically. Perhaps it can be softened with sweetness, tenderness, and humility. Until now, I don’t know this for sure, but it usually keeps things softer in MHO.

I guess that why they call attachments karma.

But without love, (even in renunciation the earth is adored) what is the point?

While in the end, the only thing we can really count on is change; our integrity with or without karma, is stronger when we bind to our collective.

Karma can be quite the bitch, or the blessing (it seems).

Suffering is when

You feel you are entitled to anything that is given.

[1]Did you know, which mathematically by sheer number, makes their word less valuable?

[2]Ama is formed, which I’ll mention in my “Ayurveda 2”. But it’s a by-product of the toxins that collect inside of us.

[3]This is when the addiction starts. AD-Diction to speak towards another; the dopamine stores get opened for the first time in association with an outside energy.
