THis is going to blow you away (it did me).
As a changing, light emoting boson corpuscle- only wishing to unit with it’s version of “higher power” – anything bigger than itself energetically, bugs are here to feed you – to become part of our corpus.
They are extremely nourishing – as any bird might witness.
Gram for gram and elementally, they are the richest sources of sustenance – not just for muscles (concentrated sources of muscle amino acids – like meat), but bugs are good for tenon – everything else supporting.
When you eat bugs hiding in your vegetables – they’re energetically uplifted by your noticing them. They become “more” real as a spirit of entity in the perceiving – and ‘more’ with further focus on it.
(This is true for any and everything according to quantum mechanics.) Bugs aren’t actually any more real than we are. United group of moving protons and neutrons navigating according to what is receptors pleasing to it – a(nother) density full of mitochondria, fat, and chitin. Which is essentially missing from supermarket poultry.
So for all us food essential enthusiasts, AKA self-proclaimed “health-food nuts”, listen up.
It’s time to start adding powdered bugs along with your greens- especially if you’re a vegan or vegetarian.
Organic is and local, meaning from your own garden is best of all.
You can harvest all of them (as they’ll always come back, lol).
Kill them by boiling or freezing – I guess. I hear termites are sweet; tasty and ants are crunchy with zip and good dipped in chocolate.
(With the latter you get a super, super health food! Chocolate too!)

So here’s another use of mortar and pestle. Add some powdered ones to your smoothie – as I don’t do them. Add them to breads and stir into stews. Add them to rice, lentils and pulses.
Sprinkle them on a cracker with cream cheese covered with a slice of cucumber for a 20 minute dinner.
*
They sell them on Amazon and I’m going to put on my rose-colored glasses, mask and hold my nose and follow through on my ‘advice’. (Ugh- the idea doesn’t appeal to me either)! I’ve ordered several varieties including chocolate, chipotle and cookie mix. We shall see. I figure about 3 big bugs a day is ample.
But no, I won’t eat any praying mantis – I’ll wait for cicadas.
All is blessings, Inshallah!!!

[…] May we see twists and sudden changes in our labyrinth’s plot as chances to learn how to keep mirth and gain resilience and bloom into our creator G-d selves. Here’s my idea of a healthy revenge. https://drjenwyman-clemons.com/2024/11/12/a-healthy-revenge/ […]
