To my friend leaving a decade on her birthday:

What if all the years were an illusion – how old do you really feel? Enjoy your realness. Every little annoyance I try to flush out context – eventually to see it as a joke or message. Such as creaking and crepitus, “puzzle pieces falling into place”. Lol, celebrate them even.

Have a party with your aches and pains.

Be grateful for the extra exercise as you forget stuff and “get to do it over”.

There is really no rush; enjoy slowing down and being even more successful in the end. It’s all the way for the body to get more of what it wants – attention and loving- and doing its ~astrologically preprogrammed mission – for our “highest and greatest good for all beings including me down to my tiptoes”. Blessings!
